We hand-pick authentic military surplus and vintage denim, pieces already marked by time and use. We work only with what already exists.
Deconstruction
In our Florence studio, each garment is taken fully apart. Every seam is studied before it is cut.
Reconstruction
Two become one. Rebuilt entirely by hand into a doubled, unrepeatable trouser, yours alone.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has a full size chart. Choose your usual size for the intended oversized fit — size down only if you prefer a less voluminous silhouette. If your waist falls at the upper end of a size range, we recommend choosing the next size up. Still unsure? Email info@weareyouthmovement.com and we'll advise on your measurements.
What does "made to order" mean?
Most pieces are built for you after you order. Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 24–48 business hours; made-to-order pieces are produced within 3–5 business days before shipping. One-of-one pieces dispatch within 24–48 business hours, same as ready-to-ship.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Florence via DHL, UPS and SDA. Delivery is typically 48–72h to Europe, the U.S. and most countries once dispatched. You'll receive tracking by email.
Can I return my order?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days, unworn and in original condition. Email info@weareyouthmovement.com to start a return. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Will I pay customs or duties?
For destinations outside the EU, local customs or import charges may apply depending on your country. These are not included in our prices.
