We take two military uniforms apart, seam by seam, and rebuild them by hand into a single wide-leg trouser. No two pieces, and no two people wearing them, are ever the same.

Our leather-patch series is cut and applied entirely by hand. Each pair is a single, numbered piece. When someone buys it, it will never be remade. No restock. No second chance.
The process
From surplus to singular
Selection
We hand-pick authentic military surplus and vintage denim, pieces already marked by time and use. We work only with what already exists.
Deconstruction
In our Florence studio, each garment is taken fully apart. Every seam is studied before it is cut.
Reconstruction
Two become one. Rebuilt entirely by hand into a doubled, unrepeatable trouser, yours alone.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has a full size chart. Our trousers are designed to sit wide and oversized — when in doubt, size down, or email info@weareyouthmovement.com and we'll advise on your measurements.
What does "made to order" mean?
Most pieces are built for you after you order. Ready-to-ship items dispatch in 48–72h; made-to-order pieces take 3–5 business days of construction before shipping. One-of-one pieces already exist and ship immediately.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Florence via DHL, UPS and SDA. Delivery is typically 48–72h to Europe, the U.S. and most countries once dispatched. You'll receive tracking by email.
Can I return my order?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days, unworn and in original condition. Email info@weareyouthmovement.com to start a return. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Will I pay customs or duties?
For destinations outside the EU, local customs or import charges may apply depending on your country. These are not included in our prices.
